Day 1 :
Breakfast : 1 cup of green tea + 1 toast with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on it + 1/2 a grapefruit, but if your life me and do not like grapefruit then time to substitute it with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water( mix it well) .
Lunch : 1 cup of green tea + 1 toast + 1/2 a cup of tuna (since I'm not really a fan of tuna , I would substitute it for cottage cheese or chicken) .
Dinner : 3 ounces of meat ( substitute can be lentils, beans, or mushrooms) + 1 cup of green beans (substitute with lettuce, tomatoes, spinach or any other green veg) + 1/2 banana + 1 small apple + 1 cup of vanilla ice cream.
Day 2 :
Breakfast : 1 piece of toast + 1 egg cooked however you like + 1/2 a banana .
Lunch : 1 hard boiled egg + Any type of cheese + Saltine crackers
Dinner: 1/2 cup of carrots , 1 cup of broccoli( cauliflower or spinach ) , 1/2 banana + hot dogs ( beans , lentils , mushrooms) .
Day 3:
Breakfast: 1 small apple + 1 slice of cheddar cheese +5 saline crackers
Lunch : 1 toast + 1 cooked egg however you like.
Dinner : 1/2 banana + 1/2 cup of tuna
Day 4 :
Keep your diet controlled eat no more than 1,500 calories throughout the day.
