You need to take responsibility for your own issues. Since I am now 18 and a LEGAL ADULT I can no longer blame my parents for anything. Yes maybe they didn't give me the same things that my sisters are able to get now (swimming lessons , music lessons ...) , but I lived in a different financial situation than them and my parents tried to do the best that they could. Now its time for me to take my life into my own hands. The point is you can either get better of get bitter about your past. The most important thing is that you take what has happened to you and you deal with it and make sure that it gives you a drive to be a better person than you are now. You can create your own fate because the past is the past and that's over.
I realised that it was time to forgive my parents and move on , because lets be honest parents are just children themselves that have had to grow up because they didn't have a choice , society forced them to. So its time to stop feeling resentful towards them and accept them for who they are and love them unconditionally like they loved you. You need to stop being the parent blamer because in the long run it will only hurt you emotionally and physically. Let it go (like Elsa said) . Live your life the way you want to , live in the now.

DIY: Getting rid of blackheads ! كيف تخلص من الرؤوس السوداء
We all have this problem . It an annoying one and we have tried basically everything from nose strips which actually cause us bruises to facial washes that a supposedly meant to diminish them. So I though what better way to tackle this issue than giving you a simple DIY that you can do. Aren't I just amazing . You can thank me later ;)
You need one important ingredient : LEMON !
Since lemon is rather acidic dilute it with a small amount of water so that it does not damage your skin. And lastly add salt to the mixture to make it a bit more exfoliating. Once you have mixed everything together apply it to your nose and the areas where you have blackheads. Leave it on for 1 hour or you can leave it on overnight . once it has tried up wash your face with water or use a cotton pad to wipe your nose with water .

How to loose weight and get the body you always wanted !
We all want to loose weight , it's on every bodies new years resolutions. Its important to look after your health and body because you know as they say a healthy body is a healthy life or whatever. So i'm no expert , but I do have some handy tips that I will share with you that have benefited me.
Personally I am no gym junkie or anything , but I do like to keep fit and healthy ; I aim to walk at least 30 minutes a day and I go to the pool once a week for 1 hour. This is the bare minimum that anyone should really do to maintain their weight and make sure that they do not become obese. However lately I have decided that I would like to loose a little bit more weight and get toned and hopefully reach my tumbr goals . Here are a few inspiration pictures to get you started :


Now that you are inspired , here are my top tips :
1) Don't eat any sugary stuff or junk food , or just limit your intake of it . Just cut biscuits , chocolate , cake , sweets , crisps and any processed food. You don't have to cut them off completely , you can have one cheat day where you eat these things however to a controlled amount , don't go binge!
2) Cut down on the huge amount of carbs you eat and switch to eating vegetables and fruits along with some protein so that you can build some muscle . More protein maintains the lean muscles that you already have , you want to keep this as this helps increase your metabolism. Personally I believe
that you should have around 30% - 40% protein in your diet every day.
3) Drink 2 liters water every day to detox your body or if you don't want to do that purchase slimming teas ; bootea , Dr staurts , slimatee and there are many more brands that you could choose from.
4) Combine Cardio with weight/ resistance training. If you do too much cardio this means that you will start effecting your own muscles negatively. It's important that you include weight training into your workout regime because it tones your body and at the same time burns calories , improves your metabolism and gives you more strength making you superwomen. You can also try doing a HIT workout if you are not keen on doing just cardio at the gym. Personally i like working out 5 days a week and rest for 2 days a week. Its a good idea to do some cardio first and maybe burn about 500 calories from it , you can even swim and burn 500 calories if you want and then you can do weight training later .
5) You don't have to go to the gym every day , you could use YouTube videos to guide you at home if that is easier for you. There are a lot of resources online . Here are a few to get you started in case you are not able to access a gym.

- Nike training App is a great way to carry your workouts with you. I love this app because it is aimed at women and it feels that you have a personal trainer with you. You can pick to get lean , tone up , get strength or target a specific area.

Start of with Christina Salus 500 calories total body workout . Then after that I would have a break for 15 minutes and then move onto doing a workout from the Nike training app : Get Strong : Full action workout for 30 minutes to build strength.

Why we British LOVE the RAIN
We British love the rain , even though we state that we don't , we secretly done. As much as we moan and complain about it , without rain Britain wouldn't really be Britain anymore . Here are the 4 reasons why Brits love rain.

1) It gives us something to talk about , because were bad at striking conversations without it seeming awkward and its socially unacceptable to talk to the random person sitting next to you on the bus. So what better way to get chatting. It gives us a chance to say " Classic British summer" or " At least my garden is getting watered today" .
2) You get to drink a nice cuppa and layer up . Now who doesn't like that ?

3) Pigeons look hilarious in the rain . Poor thing it looks beat , depression is on it way .

4) You get to watch Netflix all day and you won't feel bad about having to cancel your plans. Win Win.

winged eyeliner كحل المجنح
If there is anything I could teach you it is to never use pencil eyeliners for the top lid or when attempting a cat flick because it looks pasty and it doesn't spread as smoothly like liquid pen eyeliners or gel eyeliners. Personally , I prefer liquid pen eyeliners and I am currently using Rimmel Scandal eyeliner in the colour black .
When attempting a cat flick its all about trial and error or you could use tape to draw that straight sharp line that everyone loves. Using a waterproof pen liquid liner is best for this look as you don't want to touch your eyes and smudge it. So I though since we were going to get up close and personal let get up close and personal , I'll go first:
- I am obsessed with Pretty little liars , The Vampire Diaries , The Originals , Eastenders - I watch them religiously .
- My favourite clothes shops are Pull and Bear, New look and Uniqlo
- I once ripped out half my eyelashes attempting to apply fake eyelashes and ever since I have never attempted to apply them again .
- I love swatch watches .
- I study history , Geography and English literature at A level ( deathly subjects , nevertheless enjoyable) .
- I take 2 sugars with my tea.
- My favourite colour is purple.
- I think I have had a Harry Potter Marathon about 8 times now. It's scary business. I don't know if I should get help for this. I really don't know. This is a problem. Ugh jez It's like I'm hangover afterwards it's so sad. I want more Potter.
- My idea bedroom would just be a room filled with books so that in the middle of the night I can just randomly pick and book and read it and the books would randomly disappear once I've read them and there would be new books instead. Ultimate dream room. I know call me weird but we all have our fantasies.
