Losses can be gains .
That's it . Whenever you lose something don't think negatively about the situation try and find something that you have gained out of it and emphasis that gain and you will automatically feel like you haven't lost. You will always feel happy if you can turn every negative situation into a positive one. If your losses become your gains , and your gains are still gains what have you got to be sad about or to lose. Just because you loose something doesn't mean that it is a bad thing , the simplest gain that can be achieved is wisdom from the situation. So take a step back , breath and think about the situation rather than getting upset about it . ASK YOURSELF : What have I gained ?
